Is pingubuy.us official?
No. This is an independent product directory. PinguBuy operates at pingubuy.com.
Is the displayed USD amount my delivered total?
No. It is an approximate conversion of the CNY item price. Seller freight, services, international shipping, payment costs and import charges may be separate.
Why is there no PinguBuy button on an item?
The listing did not provide an exact PinguBuy product destination. We keep the listing link and do not guess an order URL.
Does a product or warehouse photo prove authenticity?
No. A photo can show visible color, shape, labels, quantity and condition. It cannot authenticate an item or prove its materials or function.
How should I compare US sizes?
Use the seller’s current measurements and compare them with an item you own. Do not assume that a labeled size has one universal US conversion.
Can I return an item from the warehouse?
It depends on the order, seller response, item condition and current policy. Open the order and start the request promptly; this directory cannot approve it.
Does warehouse storage extend a seller return?
No. Storage and seller return eligibility are separate. Check the current order for both statuses.
Does an order below $800 avoid import duties?
Do not rely on that old blanket rule. CBP suspended broad duty-free de minimis treatment from August 29, 2025. Check current CBP guidance for the shipment date and facts.
Can I pay with PayPal today?
The public PayPal page we found describes a promotion that ended in December 2023. It does not establish today’s payment methods; check the current payment screen.
Will a listed route accept my item and ZIP code?
Only a current destination quote for that item and ZIP code can establish route eligibility.
